Cancellation and Refund Policy: Your Membership and Agreement will automatically renew at the end of each month and continue until your Membership is cancelled by You or Northwind. Northwind reserves the right to contact You, using any contact information on-file with Northwind, to discuss your renewal options. You may also visit or contact Northwind to renew your Membership. To exercise your cancellation rights, You must notify Northwind, either in person or through e-mail, certified, or express mail, in a timely manner and as provided for below. Notices must be accompanied by a copy of Your Agreement. "Month-to-month" Memberships may be cancelled for any reason with notice, as provided for in this Section, due to Northwind prior to the first day of the next month in your billing cycle. Failure to give timely notice will result in the effective date of your Membership taking place the following month. You may use the facilities at Northwind for as long as your Membership is still active. Upon cancellation of your Membership, You must return any membership cards or fobs given to You by Northwind. Failure to do so shall result in the cost of such items being billed to You.
